NIGERIAN IMAGE

I am a nigerian,a country sunk in economic and political hazards and waterloo. But in view of my countries condition and predicament,this is what i have to say. Believe me or not,this is my own view and i think that a lot of reasonable people out there and nigerians with a non-biased heart will share it too. just read and criticise me if you think i am just blabbing.I think the white man over there  and a few selected nigerians’s are to blame for my dear countries situation

      NATIONAL TRANSITION

PRE-COLONIAL DAYS;

I was alone

I walked long distances

I cooked with fire woods

I had no money

I clothed With leaves,hides and skin

I  had all i wanted

COLONIAL DAYS;

The white man came

He drove automobiles

He cooked with stoves

He had much money

He wore good clothes

All these i emulated

POST COLONIAL DAYS;

The white man is gone

I have automobiles

Fuel is expensive

I cook with stove and cookers

Kerosine and gas is on the hike

I have money

Inflation has made it devalued

I have clothes

Too tattered to be worn

Now i can’t afford

Even my neccesities…

Nigeria has gained her independence over forty-eight years ago, but we are still yet to make head way in the routes shown to us by the white-man.

I will blame the white man for the first mistake of releasing the mantle of authority into the wrong people who initially started the corridors of power tossle in the then CAPITAL CITY (LAGOS STATE). Any way, i think that the white man is not all that a fool because he had looked and seen the endless possibilities that lie in this blessed country ranging from;

• OIL
• GAS
• BANKING SECTOR
• AGRICULTURE
• ART and CULTURE.

To the blame allocated to the nigerian persons,it will be un-important to list names but i will however give hints to indebted individuals
